IN PERSON
At district recreation facilitis, including West Vancouver Community Centre, Gleneagles Community Center, and Senior's Activity Centre during office hours.
Please note that we are unable to register for couses in person at the Museum.
Have all registration information ready to give over the phone.
Payment choice is Amex, MC, or Visa. Please have your card handy! Receipts will be available on request.
Registration Information
• If you have special requests about a program (e.g., child is younger than the age specified) you must speak to the Program Coordinator prior to registering.
• Pick up receipts before the start of class to confirm correct dates and times.
• Pre-registration is required except for drop-in classes and some select courses. All registrants will be noticed and credited if a class is cancelled or postponed.
• Children must be within 3 weeks of recommended age at the start of the course to register for a course.
Refunds
We value your feedback and participation, and invite your call to discuss programs that do not meet your expectations.
• Full refunds will be given if the program is cancelled or given for withdrawals made before the second class of the program. Please let us know the reasons for your withdrawal. It will help us provide the best possible programs in the future.
• Full refunds will be given throughout the previous Wednesday to the end of the business day for all short programs, camps, summer swim lessons, workshops and special events which start the upcoming Monday.
• Exception: Pro-rated refunds will be given for medical conditions and extenuating circumstances.
Financial Assistance
• If you are a West Vancouver resident and your financial circumstances make it difficult for you to pay the full fee for programs offered by our department, pick a Recreation Assistance Application Form at any facility or on the District of West Vancouver website for additional information.
